- Therapy Cancelation Policy: You are expected to cancel our session at least 48 hours in advance otherwise the full amount will be charged for a late cancellation/no show (defined as no contact for 10 minutes following scheduled start time). 

-Payment is expected before each session. Cards are kept on file through secure database.

-Intake / Assessment sessions are approximately 30-60 minutes. Ongoing sessions can be scheduled at 45 or 60 minutes (actual length can vary). 

-Frequency of Meeting: We will discuss this during our intake session but I have found starting with weekly then adjusting outwards is a good form of progression. Generally, I work with clients for approximately 6-12 months.

-Good Faith Estimate: You have a right to receive an estimate for your our of pocket mental health services. For more info see https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
